Dress - two birds vintage
Tights and boots - Target
Got a little blinky in the above picture - guess the flash caught me off guard! I am just so happy to be able to take outdoor pictures again! I know I'll lose this morning light for a bit after Daylights Savings time next week, but at least it will be short lived! It's also become very apparent to me that it's time for a haircut. That will be happening in the next couple of days, guaranteed. I love my short hair, but it sure gets shaggy quickly once it gets a bit too long.
It was actually starting to snow on me a bit as I took my pictures this morning. Just nice light flurries though, nothing major thank goodness!
And I will leave you with a picture of my kitties, since I'm getting all cat crazy this morning, can't not include them! They love these new stacking chairs we got from my in-laws - they climb on them and lay under them and I tell you, they're better than cat furniture!
Hey, black and white houndstooth is basically a neutral, right?! It works!! :)
ReplyDeleteThis totally works! I really like the houndstooth and cat mix. The kitties are so cute and photogenic :) Heather
ReplyDeleteThat cat print is adorable and it works SO well with the houndstooth print! And your cats are too cute sitting on those chairs!

I LOVE your sweater, it is seriously so adorable! And so are your cats! AHH I want to meet them sometime :)
ReplyDeleteBethie! You have two beautiful cats. Are they related [bro and bro or bro and sis or sis and sis?] I had two cats for 16 & 18 years. They were bro and sis. Bro was named Poof and sis was Switch. Yes Switch lived to be 16 and Poof lived to be 18. They were awesome.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of wearing a sweater over a dress. I would probably get too hot, tho. I have worn a vest over a dress. It is my super Eddie Bauer dress that is my "winter dress". It's mid calf and heavy cotton knit. I get plenty warm in it. Oh, and the best part, I got it at Savers for $4!!!
Have a fabulous day in your "crazy cat lady" sweater!
I love this look on you! The houndstooth is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteYour kitties are adorable. I just want to snuggle them.
Kitties!
ReplyDeleteYou look great! Pattern-mixing is awesome and you did a great job! I am loving the daily light too and will also be sad when it is dark in the morning again. I hate that, it always makes me feel like I have more time in the AM.
That cat sweater is awesome. I am a crazy cat lady too, and I actually got a cat and dog print top yesterday.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the kitty sweater! It does look great with your hounds tooth dress-particularly because they are both black and white. Very chic! Also...ps-yes I am coming to you cities this weekend! All I really know is that I'll probably be at the Mall of America like all day Saturday, haha. Are you close?
