I think I'm going to celebrate the fact that it's going to be not subzero and in fact up into the 20's to near 30 tomorrow by wearing a skirt. Wild and crazy gal right here!

The weather people here are starting to make noises like the never ending winter may actually be subsiding a bit - and that we might actually have a normal spring - I don't know if I even remember what normal is anymore when it comes to the weather around here! I'll just be happy to have it be nice enough that I don't have to pile 20 blankets on my child when we leave the house each day!
You are on a mint kick but that's fine because it's such a pretty and flattering color on you! It's supposed to be near 50 here on Saturday which is a total heat wave...I can't wait!!

Ha ha! It's funny that most of us think 20s and 30s are considered a heatwave. This winter has been crazy! You look great in your minty outfit. That cardigan is great with the embellishments. Very cute!
ReplyDeleteha, that sweater once was nora's and then mine. it looks way better on you!! fingers crossed about spring. the one thing about such a long cold winter is that we are now happy with 20s!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE mixing greens like this! It really makes the mint pop! As I was getting coffee with my friend today, I asked if it was supposed to snow again, and as we were leaving, it was snowing. Blah!
ReplyDeleteMint and teal are such great colors on you!
ReplyDeleteYes, Bethie adorable sweater and awesome satchel. Thanks for your validation on the anger crap I am feeling. Kicking myself is weird but that happens too. But now, I am off into this journey and in a year from now I will look back and remember these challenges and discouragement were laced with love from people like you, sweetie! ♥
ReplyDeleteWe're supposed to have weather in the mid-40's tomorrow, and the mid-50s after that...woohoo!! Really loving that detail on your cardigan and it looks great layered with the button up!

Our weather finally warmed up a little, and I hope yours follows suit soon. I love the color of that cardigan--I need more mint in my life!
ReplyDeleteUgh seriously I cannot deal with anymore winter. I can't.
