Things I Currently Love

It's a beautiful spring day and has been a beautiful spring week and I'm in a good mood today so in the spirit of that I thought I'd talk about a few things I am currently loving!
Tomato plants - it's very early to even be thinking about tomatoes being in season, but we got an early start on planting tomatoes this year.  Nate started his own little greenhouse in our basement. We found last year that we just didn't get enough tomatoes from our CSA and since Ollie loves them and we love to make BLT's and sauces and other things that maybe we'd try growing our own.  It's going so well so far - this picture isn't even current, they're even taller than this now.  He also planted some herbs so we'll see how that goes for us too, we haven't had great luck in the past, but even the herbs are doing well in our indoor garden so far!

The Bob - Speaking of things growing, I am making progress on Project Hair Grow.  It's starting to become a nice shaped bob and I think that's where I'll keep it for awhile.  At any rate I'm pleased that I don't actually hate it!

Rimmel Stay Glossy 3D Lip Gloss - I received this lip gloss in one of my secret santa swaps at Christmas and I can't get enough of it.  It's such a pretty color and it makes my lips feel less dry.  I highly recommend!

Evening walks to the park with my boys - We have a park not far from our house that we had been driving to and then walking around and letting Ollie get out and play, then driving back home.  We realized it isn't that far to walk there from our house though, so we tried it last night for the first time and it's my new favorite thing.  It's a great walk and of course, Ollie loves being able to run around and spend some time in the swing!

ThredUp - I love ThredUp, I'm not being paid to say this, but I have to say, I just sold two bags of old things to them within the last month and was able to use my earnings on some of my spring wishlist items.  The skirt I wore yesterday was one of them and then I got a green sweater as well.  They have kids clothes now so I also got a shirt for Ollie. And I was still able to cash out some profit too. Easily my current favorite website!

I'm also loving the longer hours of daylight, being outside as much as possible right now, the fact that I'll be seeing a bunch of my favorite people this weekend thanks to some various plans and coffee, because when don't I love coffee?  I am thinking it's time to make my first batch of iced coffee for the year this weekend potentially.  Cannot wait.
